The Process of Profiling

There is no quick fix nor do we give you a report after seven minutes of a questionnaire. Our reports are generated on case to case basis with detail findings plotted into 8 categories as below, suits for both recruitment and business owners.

Natural Strength
Identify the strengths of individuals and how it can bring benefits to the organization. Resources and attributes that the candidate can support to bring a successful outcome. Areas the individual will do well and excel.
Affected State
What are minor and major weaknesses that needs attention and improvements. Factors that can work against the team or superior or project or work. Habits and personal traits that needs attention and improvement.
Possibilities
What are the external and internal factors that the individual can capitalize and use for the organizational advantage. Able to identify significant changes advancements in industry or technology that individual can take advantage of, for the benefit of the organization.
Underlying
External factors that could jeopardize your creation or work by the individual. How he or she can go wrong and bring impact to the organization unconsciously.
Inner Strength
Inner strength is the strong conviction that comes from within when the candidate believes in themselves. Inner strength is expressed in the forms of will power, positive attitude, belief, and confidence in themselves. With inner strength comes determination, the courage to persist, the power to change, the spirit of endurance, and the force to challenge. Strong character and optimum leadership quality. Excellent analytical power to make the best decisions in any available circumstances.
